I’m Larry Tucker, a seasoned corporate professional with a decades-long career in manufacturing operations. My journey began in 1991 as a manufacturing engineer specializing in automation, eventually leading to leadership roles overseeing startup operations in Southeast Asia and Latin America. During my 17-year tenure, I was pivotal in driving APC’s transformation from a $250 million annual operation to a thriving $2 billion global enterprise. In 2007, I shifted gears to manage a manufacturing plant for a European oil and gas company in Houston.

After 22 years in the corporate sector, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in 2012, founding my first company. After facing the common challenges of entrepreneurship, I returned to corporate America in 2014, continuing to balance my corporate responsibilities with furthering my education in business and project management.

With nearly three decades of experience in process automation and outsourcing, I still wanted to find ways to assist small business owners using proven corporate strategies I had learned over the years. The unforeseen challenges of the 2020 pandemic opened new doors, leading to the launch of E2W Inc. in 2021, where I leverage my adaptability, expertise, and commitment to empower small businesses and entrepreneurs in today’s dynamic business landscape.

As a native of Chicago, Debra holds a B.S. in Communications & Business Management from Northern Illinois University. With over 15yrs in the corporate world, Debra employs her marketing expertise and strategic process to bring added value to every aspect of real estate. Through use of cutting edge technology, research and negotiation, Debra creates solutions to get her clients what they want at the very best value. She continues to receive franchise as well as national top producer sales awards year after year. 

Debra LaPlante began her real estate career in 2008 becoming a real estate broker in 2012 & Co-Owner of a National Real Estate Franchise. Over the past decade, Debra has built a loyal clientele by demonstrating perseverance, integrity and the highest level of customer service. Realizing that the purchase or sale of a home is one of the most emotionally and financially significant decisions in a person’s life, Debra takes great pride in playing an integral role in the process. After more than 25 years as a a successful manager and leader in high-tech, Dr. Kirch now focuses his passion for people and organizations to help entrepreneurs take their small businesses to the next level. His passion is to help serious small-business owners increase their overall revenue and profits using time-test strategies. He also helps devise robust business processes to enable scale for the small business owner – to break through what’s holding them back. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for The Gratitude Network (www.gratitude-network.org) – a leadership development organization which works with social entrepreneurs around the world to enable growth of these innovative companies that are changing the lives of children and youth everywhere. 

Dr Kirch also has a passion for music and sings with the San Francisco-based a cappella chorus, the Fog City Singers. He has appeared on stage in local theater company productions and, when not busy with music, you can find him on his bicycle or on the golf course. He has been married to his wife, Donna, for more than 40 years and they have two wonderfully intelligent and talented daughters who are making their own way in the world.

Pam spent 13 years at top New York and Baltimore advertising agencies. 

After graduating from Ithaca College, where she received her B.A. in Speech Communications and a minor in 

Business, Pam went on to lead multi-million dollar accounts like Pan American Airlines, Bufferin Aspirin, Gorton’s of Gloucester, and FORD. 

With coaching, guidance, and support from Pam, business owners are able to successfully implement business growth strategies and change the legacies of their families for generations to come. 

Scott has over 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising for some of the biggest brands in the US, such as Progressive Insurance, Black & Decker, Hallmark, Hershey’s, Arby’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Old Spice. 

Fifteen years ago, he and his wife Pam got tired of turning millionaires into billionaires… ‘they weren’t that grateful nor were they that generous!” So, they turned their attention from helping Wall Street to helping Main Street.
